Amr Shabana World Champion 2007 (Third Time)

Couple weeks ago Egyptians were traumatized by the injustice they were subjected to by the Moroccan soccer referee (El Argoun) in the match of Al Ahly VS Najm Sahli (Tunisia) but destiny has something for us:
Amr Shabana, a true Egyptian idol in the game of squash.
Mr. Shabana has won (for the third time) the world championship of PSA (Professional Squash Association) and earned the title of World Champion!

Although I love soccer very much, but I believe Amr Shabana is the one who deserve the recognition of the Egyptian nation as he was able to accomplish what all the soccer players in Egypt couldn’t even dream of accomplishing.

Poor exploited construction workers in Dubai has gone into a strike, not only strike the workers closed streets throwing rocks on police, it is weird cause usually the gulf states prefer Asian workers more than any other work force in the world as they are well known for their obedience and avoiding troubles, so if the workers gone on a strike this means only one thing it is worse than what you can imagine!

I browsed www.dubai-properties.ae the web site of the giant real-estate company and there is no information on the shareholders of the company, so I browsed the www.dubaiholding.com which is the holding company of the Dubai Properties and again there is no information on shareholders!! What is it a military secret the whole world knows that the ruler of Dubai hold a share in those companies!! According to his highness’s website, Sheik Mohammed became ruler of Dubai in Jan-2006, and to be fair the problem of exploiting worker was there long before he was crowned, but still he is the ruler of Dubai!

A word to his Highness, Suez Canal was made on the expense of the blood of Egyptian forced labor, till this day the world remembers the atrocities of Ferdinand de Lesseps.

A US serviceman who was in charge of detention of Saddam Hussien is facing a lifetime sentence, the serviceman Lt-Col William Steele is accused of aiding the enemy, Mr. Steele is accused of providing one of the detainees a mobile phone and Cuban cigars to the ex Iraqi tyrant Saddam Hussein!

Life sentence for providing a cell phone!! And the US Soldier who was charged of conspiracy and murder of Abeer Al Janabi (March 2006)was sentenced to 5 years!!!!!!

Also Srg Paul Cortez who admitted the rape of Abeer while her family being killed in the other room!! Can seek parole in ten years!!

How just is that!! Give the enemy a cigar go to jail for life!! Rape and kill the girl along with her family get 10 years in prison and you may go free!!

I’m waiting to know how they will sentence the serviceman!!!
